Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at WABASCA INN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing operational procedures, planning and co-ordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish operational procedures to ensure efficient housekeeping services
- Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to meet departmental goals
- Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Co-ordinate contract services to support housekeeping operations
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times
- Maintain accurate financial records of housekeeping expenses
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure effective use of resources
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
