Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented communications professional to oversee all aspects of public relations, media relations, internal communications, crisis management, and corporate messaging. As the Global VP of Communications, you will be responsible for the development and supervision of all communications strategies for the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance Fix Network and all its business units' brand identities.
- Oversee the creation of executive speeches, presentations, and other high-level communications.
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new communications programs with performance goals and measurable KPIs.
- Enhance and guide a public relations strategy to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences.
- Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of work experience leading a team in the private sector, including direction and oversight of corporate communications and public relations activities.
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of communications specialists.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; public speaking experience along with hosting/directing of events and meetings is favored.
- English language written and verbal proficiency is a must; French written and verbal beneficial.
