We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Waterfront. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
