Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to service and expand our business with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and lead generation using various tools and reports
- Selling our products and services to customers through effective phone and field selling skills
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and sales contacts
- Developing new business opportunities through cold calls and lead generation
- Creating and executing a monthly sales plan to service and expand our business
- Coordinating with our inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services
- Developing and executing a detailed annual sales plan
- Organizing sales activities to maximize face-to-face selling time with customers
- Participating in industry-related organizations to enhance sales growth opportunities
- Strong sales, presentation, and telephone skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Outstanding work ethic and high level of ambition
- Independent self-starter with a preference for initiating and setting own direction
- Highly motivated with unprecedented drive for results
- Ability to meet monthly targets
- Experience with reading and interpreting commercial construction specifications
- Strong industry knowledge with a proven track record, an asset
