Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in North Bay, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound care management services to clients in their homes or communities.
  • Administer IV antibiotics, cannulation, chemo disconnects, CVAD care, and PORT-A-CATH care access/de-access as required.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring timely reporting and coordination with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress, updates, and supplies ordered.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in community, home-based, or visiting nurse-related roles.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C) certification and Mask Fit test (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
