We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team as part-time community nurses in North Bay, ON.

Job Summary

This role involves developing and maintaining effective care plans, working with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, and communicating with interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans for community health services
  • Provide nursing services to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinics, and retirement homes
  • Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Registered Nursing or Registered Practical Nursing
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
  • CPR certification and current immunization record
  • Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
About the Role
