Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Trainer to join our team in Milton, Ontario. As an Automotive Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for providing support and training to new and existing customers on our DMS software, with a focus on the Service module.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our software.
  • Collaborating with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless integration of our software into our clients' operations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our training programs and services.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Canada and the USA, up to 2 weeks per month.
