Primary Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Primary Care Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our primary care team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational and administrative support to primary care providers and interprofessional teams
- Assist with the coordination of patient care and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Graduation from an Office Assistant Course from an accredited Community College or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years recent, related experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Ability to operate related equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to use a high degree of tact and diplomacy in working with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
