Nagomi Sushi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and specials.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent position.
- 30 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
