Culinary Specialist for Japanese Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team at Nagomi Sushi.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably with expertise in Japanese cuisine.
Responsibilities include preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
Key Qualifications• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work EnvironmentThe selected candidate will be working in a restaurant setting with a dynamic team-oriented environment.
