Key Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Brand Management: Lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Creative Direction: Oversee the development of creative assets, including visual identity, messaging, and content, to support our marketing efforts.
- Media and Communications: Manage our media and communications efforts, including paid advertising, public relations, and social media.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and operations teams, as well as external partners and vendors.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership position with strategic oversight.
- Education: Degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field, with advanced knowledge in digital marketing and creative project management.
- Skills: Proven management skills, strong business acumen, and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Skilled relationship manager with the ability to build collaborative partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with mountain resort products and the competitive landscape. Previous ski resort experience considered an asset.
- Competitive Compensation: $95,000.00 per annum.
