Marketing Director Opportunity at Sun Peaks Resort

Sun Peaks Resort is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications to integrate marketing and communications efforts
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and creative project management
