Marketing Director

Sun Peaks Resort is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with the Director of Communications to integrate marketing and communications efforts
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Sun Peaks Resort remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to inform marketing decisions
