Jaby Cresting is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This Administrative Support Professional will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Determines and establishes office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Schedules and confirms appointments with clients and colleagues.
  • Answers telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answers electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Orders office supplies and maintains inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Greets people and directs them to contacts or service areas as needed.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • TYPES AND PROOFREADS correspondence, forms and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Consults with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and address any concerns they may have.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Windows.
