Culinary Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Lead to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement food safety and quality control procedures
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
- Coordinate menu planning and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize food costs
- Monitor and report on kitchen performance, including food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role
- Proven track record of improving food quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
