Job Title: Client Solutions Manager

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the overall success of our Trading and Service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, courteous, and positive experiences for clients and business line partners
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry-related information, product offerings, and platforms
  • Actively respond to complex complaints and provide responses verbally or in writing as needed
  • Contribute to the maximization of Contact Centre efficiency by accurately documenting and tracking complaints
  • Act as a liaison coordinating with various areas and facilitate knowledge sharing in the New Hire Training program
  • Take on additional projects as assigned by Sr. Client Solutions – Support
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated competencies to lead and motivate staff
  • Subject matter expert spanning the full range of trading and market mechanics
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong, creative problem-solving and analytical abilities
