Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Trading and Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry-related information and market mechanics.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on trading and market-related matters.
- Respond to complex complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
