About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at 807416 ALBERTA LTD. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Culinary Operations

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up to date and that orders are placed in a timely manner.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
