Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a dynamic Business Leader to develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • The successful candidate will manage and mentor department heads, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Key performance indicators will be monitored and reported on operational performance.
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and development of staff is also a key responsibility.
  • The General Manager will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Leader or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also required.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
