Lifemark's Home and Community Care division, Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to complete Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments throughout Ontario. This casual part-time opportunity involves conducting home visits in residential homes of injured workers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Personal Care Assessments, Home Safety Assessments, Home Accessibility Assessments, and Mobility A and B assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients to schedule assessments at their convenience.
Requirements:

All Occupational Therapists must be in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Additionally, ADP Authorizers are required for mobility assessments.
