R & R Aulakh Auto Service Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and overseeing payroll administration. You will also be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, planning and organizing daily operations, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • You will have experience with electronic schedulers and QuickBooks.
  • You will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Area of Specialization
  • You will have experience with invoices and be able to process them efficiently.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Personal Suitability
  • You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
  • You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You will have excellent judgement and be able to make decisions independently.
Experience
  • You will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
