Administrative Coordinator

R & R Aulakh Auto Service Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and overseeing payroll administration. You will also be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, planning and organizing daily operations, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Computer and Technology Skills- You will have experience with electronic schedulers and QuickBooks.
- You will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- You will have experience with invoices and be able to process them efficiently.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
- You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- You will have excellent judgement and be able to make decisions independently.
- You will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- You will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- You will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- You will recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- You will offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- You will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- You will offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- You will offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- You will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- You will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- You will offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- You will provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- You will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers.
- You will apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
- You will provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- You will offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
- You will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
- You will apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
- You will offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
- You will provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
