About the Role

Zortech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RFP Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring solutions are implemented as intended.
  • Solution Design: Designing comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards.
  • Technology Evaluation: Engaging in solution evaluations, providing recommendations for technology procurement, including RFSQ and RFP processes.
  • Proof of Concepts: Developing proof of concepts with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
  • Solution Delivery: Ensuring the successful and sustainable delivery of solutions and services into operations.
  • Architecture Enhancement: Contribute to architecture committees and the ongoing enhancement of architectural practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with project teams to develop conceptual and detailed architecture designs, providing the necessary guidance across business, information, application, and technical perspectives.
  • Risk Management: Identifying technical risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Expert Communication: Expert level communicator (ability to communicate and present effectively, create effective tailored content).
  • Business Acumen: Experience working closely with the business to guide them from start to finish through the solution's process and into final delivery.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that enable an organization to achieve its digital transformation goals.
  • System Integration: Experience integrating systems using out of the Box and custom connectors.
  • Government Experience: Canadian federal, provincial, municipal government or similar work.
  • Architectural Methodologies: Experience with architectural methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Certifications or equivalent experience.
