Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Catering Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating catering services, managing event bookings, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with venue partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored catering solutions
- Manage event proposals, contracts, and menu requests with precision and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer support through our online ordering platform and other channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient event execution
- Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks and database management to support the catering team
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field is an asset
