At Ontario Partners in Health, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Multilingual Physiotherapy Professional to join our team. This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and care to clients in long-term care, retirement, and assisted living settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage assessments and treatment plans to restore movement and function, address orthopaedic conditions, and manage pain.
  • Provide physiotherapy services to residents in outpatient settings, developing personalized treatment programs that may include exercise, manual therapy, and home exercise programs.
  • Prescribe and educate clients on the use of mobility aids, assistive devices, and other equipment.
  • Oversee Physiotherapy Support Personnel (PTAs) and ensure high-quality care is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Experience supervising support staff and working with geriatric populations
  • CPR certification and ADP certification or willingness to become certified
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
