Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties.
Supervise StaffSupervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Negotiate with SuppliersNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the hotel, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor FinancesPrepare budgets and monitor finances to ensure that the hotel is operating within its means and that we are meeting our financial targets.
Maintenance and RepairsArrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and that any repairs are carried out promptly.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresEnforce policies and procedures to ensure that they are being followed by all staff members.
Client ServiceAssist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and that their needs are met.
Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are fair and reasonable and that they meet the needs of the hotel.
Supervision- Working Groups
Work with various working groups to ensure that the hotel's goals and objectives are being met.
Staff SupervisionSupervise staff in various areas of responsibility, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
