Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Representative to join our team at Scott Penner - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet sales targets
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Property and Casualty license, or ability to obtain
