Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Representative to join our team at Scott Penner - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively market and sell insurance products.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Property & Casualty license (an asset).
