Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs to support the growth and success of HLT Construction Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Coordinate recruitment strategies to identify and hire top talent.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee development and growth.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
