Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at HLT Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer benefits, employment equity, and other HR programs
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing excellent customer service
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance HR operations
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster. Our Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with our community partners to recruit and support these individuals in their new roles.
