Job Summary

Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Specialist for our Laval, Quebec location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety metrics and reports to track performance.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in health and safety.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (English and French, written and spoken).
