Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the executive's schedules and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and effective time management.
- Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and coworkers or external parties, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain the security of the executive's records and files, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, including organizing correspondence, reviewing and routing emails, and preparing draft communications and presentations.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of corporate events, meetings, and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, resolving issues and inquiries as needed.
- Interact with members, documenting complaints and developing suggested courses of action.
- Provide project support, including scheduling meetings, compiling and distributing communications, and creating/editing reports and presentations.
- Certificate (1 year or less) required.
- College, Trade or Tech School Diploma (2 years) preferred.
- 3 years' experience in a senior administrative support role required.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Demonstrated strong communications skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a wide variety of people.
- Proven ability to organize and manage workload effectively.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Expert in Microsoft office applications.
- Proven understanding of technical and business vocabulary.
- Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
Salary Range: $55,200 - $70,700. Please note, the salary range mentioned in this job posting should serve as a guide. The final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors including bonuses and/or incentives, or a candidate's skills and experience.
