  • Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and their pets
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments effectively
  • Admit and discharge pet patients, and assist with various tasks and treatments
  • Process payments and create estimates
  • Take initiative and work independently to maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
