About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at BRP, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of powersports vehicles and marine products. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of electrical systems for our vehicles, including high voltage systems, battery management, and charging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of electrical systems, including high voltage systems, battery management, and charging systems;
  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians in the development of electrical systems, including design, testing, and validation;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure the successful development and launch of electrical systems;
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure the successful completion of electrical system development projects;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for electrical systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical system development and project management;
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets and timelines;
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage systems, battery management, and charging systems;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
