About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our electrical systems, including high voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of electrical projects, including presentations to senior management, budgeting, and project scheduling.
  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians in the development of electrical systems, including charging systems, cabling, safety features, and high voltage systems.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, purchasing, and industrial engineering teams to coordinate project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, high voltage systems, battery management systems, and charging systems is an asset.
  • Five years of experience in project management.
  • Experience managing a team of 20-30 people.
  • A recognized project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
  • Experience in developing and implementing electrical systems is an asset.
  • Experience working in matrix environments.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal, in simple and routine situations with internal and external stakeholders.
