**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Integration Team at BRP. As an Electrical Engineer Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and designing high-voltage powertrain components and integrating them into various vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and design high-voltage powertrain components, including motor controllers, power electronics, and battery management systems.
  • Integrate high-voltage powertrain components into various vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of high-voltage powertrain components.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, test plans, and validation reports for high-voltage powertrain components.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and project planning sessions to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve high-voltage powertrain component design and integration.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, power electronics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power electronics, and high-voltage systems.
  • Experience with simulation tools, such as SPICE or MATLAB, and programming languages, such as C or Python.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
