About the Role

Valoris is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and editing correspondence, and maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, office administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license.
