Valoris is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting correspondence, classifying and organizing documents, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • You have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with administrative software.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a post-secondary education, preferably in a related field.
  • Has experience in administration or a related field.
