Brandt is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Advisor to join our team at our Brossard Construction & Forestry location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Brandt parts and service to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Keep customers informed about new products and services, ensuring they stay up-to-date on the latest offerings.
- Sales and Service
- Meet and exceed sales targets for parts and service, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Territory Management
- Implement and execute a yearly territory plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve budget goals and expand the customer base.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the success of the team and the company.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Skillset
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
