About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Infrastructure Management. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to projects, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire process, including paperwork, payroll setup, and benefit enrollment.
  • Process employee actions, such as transfers, vacations, and promotions.
  • Manage project administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Purchase supplies, maintain equipment, and manage contracts.
  • Assist with fleet management, data entry, and invoice review.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration or customer relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Driver's license with good driving record required.
