About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Risk Mitigation Strategist to lead the centralization of processes, policies, and programs across our Asset Protection & Resilience organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work collaboratively across the business to ensure a consistent framework is followed throughout our strategy.

You'll be responsible for implementing new risk mitigating tools and platforms, managing vendor expectations, and identifying meaningful reporting and KPIs with our leadership team to inform data-driven decisions. This role will also play an active part in several risk-based projects across the business, driving future growth opportunities through building partnerships and working cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Enterprise Resilience, or Corporate Security, preferably in the retail industry. You'll have dedicated experience in program management, technology implementation, and operational best practices, as well as demonstrated experience in identifying and reporting relevant, actionable data.

What We Offer

As a Risk Mitigation Strategist at Arc'teryx, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $122,000 - $152,000 per year, as well as a bonus program and comprehensive benefits package. You'll work remotely, with business operations occurring on PDT time zone (no relocation or visa sponsorship required).
