We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to join our team at Pure Life Physiotherapy & Health Centre. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
