Responsibilities:

  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Order dental and office supplies
  • Invoice patients for dental services
  • Perform reception and clerical duties
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients

Supervision: The successful candidate will supervise 3-4 people.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
