Role Summary

Ambitious professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are invited to join Amplifon's team in Canada. As a Hearing Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to empower individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Guidance: Provide personalized care to customers, setting clear expectations and ensuring a seamless clinic visit experience.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Efficiently manage appointments, guaranteeing timely and accurate scheduling and confirmation.
  • Patient Preparation: Communicate vital customer information to Hearing Care Professionals, ensuring they are well-prepared for appointments.
  • Appointment Conversion and Marketing: Expertly convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments, driving marketing campaigns and managing callback and lead lists.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, guaranteeing efficient clinic operations.
  • Clinic Operations Oversight: Proactively anticipate and address clinic and customer needs, ensuring a welcoming and high-performing environment.
  • Culture and Compliance: Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture that adheres to company standards and operational excellence.

  • Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in business or medical administration, 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting, adherence to professional and regulatory standards, proficiency in MS Windows and Office, and knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.
