Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Contact District Sales Representative to join our team at Stellantis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and manage sales objectives to ensure maximum production capability within the district.
  • Identify and address sales performance gaps at dealerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote retail sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the manufacturer and retailers to provide guidance on inventory management, promotional activities, and program participation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to dealers to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with dealers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or related field.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
