Absence and Disability Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Absence and Disability Management Consultant to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our Employee Benefits Consulting Practice, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective absence and disability management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute absence and disability management consulting mandates for clients across various industries.
- Provide expert guidance on disability management processes and best practices.
- Assist senior colleagues on complex consulting strategies and mandates.
- Develop and implement tools for disability management consulting.
- Collaborate with clients to improve their absence and disability management documentation and governance.
- Monitor program performance and implement best practices.
- Mentor clients and colleagues on complex disability claims scenarios.
- Conduct process, policy, and claims audits.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects from start to finish.
- Analyze multiple data sets and develop actionable strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients via virtual meetings, emails, and in-person sessions.
- 3-5 years of experience in case management within insurance or a third-party provider.
- Proven experience in case management, particularly with STD, LTD, and salary continuance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical, creative, strategic, and integrative skills.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to deliver high-quality client work efficiently and accurately.
- Proficient in presentation delivery.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Growth-oriented mindset, open to feedback and ongoing development.
- Adaptability and quick learning in a changing organization.
