Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling the distribution of goods, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule distribution of goods
  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Maintain internal record-keeping system
  • Record shortages and reject damaged goods
  • Route goods to appropriate storage areas
  • Pack goods to be shipped
  • Unpack goods received
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. You will be working in a warehouse setting with a physically demanding workload.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
