Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at HNM Food Services Inc O/A Red swan Pizza Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that all necessary items are ordered and stocked.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
