Work Setting:

Our fast-paced food service environment requires a supervisor who can multitask, prioritize, and lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Supervision:

You will supervise a team of 3-4 people and be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will require attention to detail. You will be required to walk and work in a physically demanding environment.
