About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Tillsonburg Physiotherapy Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to diagnose and treat a range of physical conditions.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to promote patient recovery and independence.
    • Select and utilize appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports to track patient progress and outcomes.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
    • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation environment.
  • Certifications and Licensure
    • Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
    • Registration with the Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
