We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in their homes, promoting mobility and function, and providing rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, using a variety of techniques to promote mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Travel to patients' homes within a designated area, using a vehicle to provide convenient and accessible care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and good standing.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to patients' homes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
